All sales are final. Once a purchase is made, it cannot be canceled, exchanged, or refunded, except in the following circumstances:

FAQs

Do I have to come in person?

Not at all. Most of our clients complete the entire process remotely — from consultation to measurements to delivery. We’ll walk you through everything over video call or by message, whichever feels most comfortable for you.

How long does a custom wig take?

Most custom wigs are completed within 3–6 weeks from the time we receive your measurements and confirm your order. If you have a specific date in mind — a treatment start date, an event, or anything else — let us know at your consultation and we’ll do everything we can to work around it.

What if I don’t know what style or colour I want?

That’s exactly what the consultation is for. You don’t need to come with a plan — just come as you are. We’ll look at photos together, talk through what feels right, and help you figure it out. Many of our clients say the consultation was the most helpful part of the whole process.

Is this covered by insurance or a tax credit?

In Canada, wigs for medical hair loss (including chemotherapy and alopecia) may be eligible as a medical expense tax credit. We’re happy to provide an official receipt for your records. We recommend speaking with your accountant or benefits provider for details specific to your situation.

How much does a custom wig cost?

Our custom wigs start at $400 CAD. The final price depends on length, density, and any custom colour work. We’ll give you a clear, full quote at your consultation with no surprises. We also offer payment plans through Afterpay and Shop Pay if that’s helpful.

What if I’m not happy with the result?

We work closely with you every step of the way to make sure you love what we’re creating. Before we ship, we’ll share photos for your approval. If something needs adjusting once you receive it, we’ll make it right. Your comfort and confidence is the whole point.
